I/We as Indians dont find anything strange about the Indian food - Naan, samosa etc. It is always frustrating whenever westerners call it strange, i would like to think we are much better (if not the best) in culinary tastes when compared to the rest of the world. Instead i would like to see westerners comment on Indian food as being far more nuanced and finessed as opposed to the bland and just throw it on fire western (American) food.

It is well experimented cuisine wherein women folk have tried and tired and figured out the so many varieties both in terms of taste and form..]]></description>
